Speaker of the Bauchi State House of Assembly Abubakar Y Suleiman sends his felicitations to the Executive Governor of Bauchi State His Excellency Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammad for winning the Governorship Primary Election of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) which took place today.
The Speaker described the Governor’s victory as well deserved because of his antecedents and pedigree especially his spectacular first term tenure as Governor of Bauchi State in which the State is undergoing serious facelift and uplift in all sectors of human endeavour.
He expressed confidence that with the emergence of Governor Bala Abdulkadir Mohammad as PDP candidate for the 2023 governorship election, PDP is assured of victory at all levels.
While commending the Secretary to the Bauchi State Government Barrister Ibrahim Muhammad Kashim for withdrawing from the race in honour of the Governor, Speaker Abubakar Suleiman says the gesture shows that he is dependable ally and friend as typified by his unflinching loyalty, patriotism and selflessness.
“I urge all members of our great Party to work together in unity, brotherhood and harmony so as to ensure the victory of the Governor and all candidates of PDP.
“It is time for all people of Bauchi State, as a way of payback, to rally round behind Governor Bala Abdulkadir Mohammad so that the good works he started for the State will continue beyond 2023. We can’t afford to loose the good leadership of Kauran Bauchi.” He said.
The Speaker prays to Almighty Allah continue guiding the Governor aright and grant him election victory and all other candidates of the Party.
