Abbas Tajuddeen Foundation Marks World Heart Day with Free Medical Outreach in Zaria

In commemoration of World Heart Day, a charitable organization, Abbas Tajuddeen Foundation on Sunday organized a free medical outreach for people of Zaria community.

The event, held at the Emir Palace Zaria, drew hundreds of residents who benefited from various health services.

In his remarks, the Emir of Zazzau, Mallam Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli, praised the Abbas Tajuddeen Foundation for its unwavering commitment to improving healthcare in the community.

“This initiative is a testament to the foundation’s dedication to the well-being of our people,

“I urge everyone especially with health challenge to take advantage of this opportunity to improve on your status.”

The medical outreach provided services including:

– Free Medical Consultation
– Blood pressure measurement
– Free medication
– Free biothesiometry
– Free lifestyle and nutritional counseling
– Free cholesterol testing

Dr Hauwa Baƙo, Coordinator of the Foundation, expressed commitment to support the community’s health needs.

“We recognize the importance of accessible healthcare and are proud to contribute to the well-being of residents in Zaria.”

Beneficiaries of the outreach expressed profound gratitude for the medical services and health education provided.

“I was diagnosed with hypertension and received treatment and counseling,” said Malam Lawal Mai Kifi, a beneficiary.

“This outreach has given me a new lease on life.”

“Abbas Tajudeen Foundation’s has shown us that we really matter, as a people” added Alhaji Abdullahi Sarkin Gidan Sarkin Zazzau, a community leader. “We pray for his continued success in touching lives.

The event was attended by local.residents, healthcare professionals, and community leaders, among others.
