Bauchi State Governor Bala Muhammadv Abdulkadir has promised to build hospital in Warji Local government area of the state in an effort to provide health care service to the people living in the rural areas.
The Governor made the statement when he commiserated with the people of Dagu Village over the incident of massive Flooding, which led to lost of 4 people and property worth millions of naira were destroyed.
Bala Muhammad said that the state government would partner with the federal government, spirited individuals, international community, private Sector in order to address flooding in state.
He therefore urged the people of the state to always listen to professionals advises regarding flood, reiterating that government would provide engineering solution by designing Water drainages.
The Governor added that the state government would also provide relief materials to those affected by the incident, while urging the traditional institutions to ensure justice and fairness in the distribution of the materials.
Bala Muhammad also promised to build road in Warji Local government that will connect them to Jigawa state in an effort to ease their sufferings.
Responding, the District head of Warji, Alhassan Sama’ila Moyi thanked the Governor for the visit while promising to do justice in the distributions of the relief materials.
