DASS BYE-ELECTION: Governor Bala urges support for PDP candidate, donates vehicles to the late lawmaker’s family
The Bauchi State Governor Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed today participated fully at the closing ceremony of the PDP campaign for Dass bye-election scheduled for this coming Saturday, the 5th of December, 2020.
At the occasion, Governor Bala thanked people of Dass Local Government for their love and support to his administration.
The Governor who recieved decampees from various opposition parties, solicited for the support of people of the area for the victory of the PDP’s candidate during the election.
Governor Bala during the campaign rally, donated three vehicles to the family of late lawmaker, Honorable Musa Mante Baraza to empower the family for self reliance.
The state PDP Chairman, Alhaji Hamza Koshe Akuyam presented the flag bearer of the PDP in the bye election and expressed optimism on the victory of the party in the outcome of the election.
Also during the campaign rally, Kaura Mobilization Forum in Dass Local Government Area honoured Governor Bala with an award of excellence in recognition of his administration’s modest desire of addressing the numerous challenges affecting the progress and development of the state.
